Furthermore, we make every effort to use regional and seasonal fruit whenever possible. Our suppliers are small to medium-sized fruit growers, most of whom are located in Bolzano and the surrounding area. Thanks to the short transport distances and rapid processing times, our jams are particularly flavorful and natural.
